CNC Machining & Equipment

Our 30,000 square foot facility is equipped with the latest machining equipment.  Investing in the leading tools of the trade allows us to provide precision detail and quality on all of our jobs.  This includes fewer errors and less waste while allowing us to improve turn around time and control costs.  Our tools include CNC routers, Edge Banding machinery, Countertop Saw and Automated Assembly Equipment.

Finishing

No project is complete without finishing.  At Division6, every piece is hand-assembled with care and precision to ensure perfect fit and finish in the field.  Our high speed edge banders offer feed rates of over 30 feet per minute and a return conveyor that offers increased production for high volume parts.  Our team of dedicated craftsmen offer the utmost attention to detail when applying stain, varnish or paint in our state-of-the-art finishing booth.
